A payments company is hiring a Market Expansion Lead to own entry into new markets for its payments business. You will assess and rank markets, build business cases and financial models, decide whether to build, buy or partner for licensing, and drive entity incorporation, licence applications, bank accounts and payment rails. You will manage one timeline, budget and risk register per market, coordinating Legal, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, Product and Finance without direct authority. The role also involves turning each market entry into a reusable playbook and handing over to a country commercial lead once the market is live. It is based in Singapore or Hong Kong with four days per week in office and 20–30% travel.
