About the role

You will implement the Maison's product marketing strategy across Southeast Asia markets. This includes developing and executing 360-degree marketing plans for Jewelry, High Jewelry, and Timepieces, and leading launches with cross-functional teams. You will monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and counterfeit risks to provide strategic intelligence. You will also lead, coach, and develop the SEA marketing team to meet business objectives.

Requirements

Strong knowledge and experience in luxury retail marketing or merchandising
Solid understanding of the SEA market
Strong understanding of matrixed business operations, market dynamics, and client requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people management, networking, and leadership
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data
Mastery of English; other Asian languages a plus
