Process sales transactions and handle cash, credit and other payments accurately using the POS system. Manage cash collections, withdrawals and end-of-shift reconciliation. Keep inventory like receipt rolls and STEB bags topped up, and do daily housekeeping to keep the workplace clean and safe. Follow duty-free allowances, age restrictions and other rules, and engage customers to drive sales. You will also do gate deliveries for Australia and New Zealand flights and support I-Shop Changi procurement by picking and packing.
