Midnight Product Support Assistant - Changi Airport

About the role

Receive incoming deliveries, label, pick, pack, and transfer stock across stores and terminals. Conduct stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy and complete related documentation. Replenish store displays, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support online order fulfilment. Inspect items for defects and follow procedures for returns or replacements. Deliver duty-free items to departure gates before flight closure times. Keep storeroom and work areas clean, organised, and compliant with safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level
• Able to work midnight shifts
• Commit 5 days a week including weekends and public holidays
• Physically fit to handle heavy loads and carton boxes
• Organised and self-motivated
• Able to thrive under pressure
