About the role

Serve customers at a retail store in Changi Airport, recommending products and promotions to drive sales. Keep shelves well-stocked and follow visual merchandising guidelines. Handle daily housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe workplace. Process payments accurately using the POS system and follow duty-free and age restriction rules. Act as a front-line ambassador for the company's brand.

Requirements

NITEC or GCE 'O' Level and above
Strong customer service skills
Good written and oral English
Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Good team player, mature and self-driven
Able to stand for extended periods
