You will provide business support services for an assigned area, coordinating processes, projects and services. Duties include maintaining safety equipment such as first aid kits and fire extinguishers, managing facilities like water dispensers and lockers, and reporting safety or environmental issues to the Site Manager. You will organise and store administrative inventory, manage stock levels and conduct regular audits. The role also covers procurement and liaison with Finance, generating daily and weekly production reports, assisting new hires with onboarding, and managing employee attendance records. You may also perform manual tasks and other duties as directed by the Site Manager.
