Peak Shift Retail Assistant (Changi Airport)

About the role

You will handle sales transactions and payments accurately using the POS system, including cash, credit and other payment methods. You will be responsible for cash collections, withdrawals and end-of-shift reconciliation. You will also maintain stock levels of items like receipt rolls and STEB bags, and perform daily housekeeping to keep the work area clean and safe. You must follow duty-free allowances, age restrictions and other regulations, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales through engagement and suggestive selling. As the company's front-line ambassador, you will uphold its branding and image, and handle any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years old & above
• Must be able to work 3-5 days per week including weekends & Public Holidays
• Must be able to commit for at least 3 months
• Strong customer service skills
• Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• A good team player, mature and self-driven
