Own Trust's paid acquisition strategy, budget allocation, and long-term roadmap across search, paid social, app install, programmatic, and affiliate channels. Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and DSP platforms while running creative, audience, bidding, and landing page tests. Build measurement frameworks covering mobile and web attribution, MMP configuration, SKAN/ATT, dashboards, and incrementality tests. Work with growth, partnership, product, data, finance, legal, and compliance teams to integrate paid media with referral and on-ground growth. Manage and develop a small performance marketing team plus agency partners, ensuring campaigns comply with MAS advertising guidelines and internal fair-dealing standards.
