When
You will join the Outpatient Pharmacy department and work with a multidisciplinary team to provide quality pharmaceutical care to cancer patients. Duties include preparing and dispensing medications according to department guidelines, checking medication orders for completeness and accuracy, and providing medication-use education to patients and caregivers. You will also supervise and schedule subordinate pharmacy staff, ensure continuity of care between acute and ambulatory settings, and respond to drug information requests from healthcare providers. Additional responsibilities include drug ordering and stock maintenance, accurate charging and fee collection, and participating in medication error reporting and performance improvement programmes.
