You will support the PR and Marketing department with sourcing packaging materials and branded physical items, coordinating quotations, sampling and orders with vendors and internal teams. You will also manage seasonal sample orders with global PR and Marketing teams and the manufacturing team. General admin duties include monthly budget consolidation, claim submissions, purchase orders and invoice processing. You will manage department sample inventory and work with warehouse and logistics teams on customs and regulatory compliance for deliveries. You will also arrange shipments with local and global couriers and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.
