Project Manager

About the role

You will provide professional oversight and administration for large-scale building, infrastructure, transportation or aviation projects. You will manage delivery across planning, design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning, handover and the Defects Liability Period. You will lead contract administration and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors and stakeholders. You will monitor progress, cost, quality, safety and schedule, and manage interfaces between contractors, vendors, authorities and end users. You will review submissions, claims and reports, and support governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement. You will also oversee testing, commissioning, completion and handover, and prepare project updates for management and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Architectural, Civil & Structural, Mechanical & Electrical, or Project Management disciplines
• Professional qualification, registration, or accreditation recognised by the relevant professional body and acceptable to the Client
• Proven experience in major building, infrastructure, transportation, aviation, or large-scale development projects
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, project controls, design management, construction management, and project delivery processes
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across multidisciplinary project teams
