About the role
This role supports the start-up and running of a new QC laboratory at a Singapore manufacturing site, with a focus on environmental monitoring for vaccine and biological production. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Validation and QA teams to keep everything aligned with global quality standards. It suits someone with a microbiology laboratory background who enjoys hands-on bench work, documentation and technical leadership.
What you'll do
Carry out routine environmental monitoring tasks such as sampling, reviewing data, trending and documentation under GMP rules.
Build EM sampling plans covering routine monitoring, BSC sampling, isolator sampling, aseptic qualification and equipment qualification.
Plan and track the EM sampling schedule so routine and ad hoc activities finish on time.
Check EM results in LIMS for accuracy, completeness and GMP compliance.
