Establish client requirements and carry out feasibility studies. Attend site and consultant meetings, liaising with clients, architects and associate consultants for project administration. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to calculate project costs, prepare cost plans and budget studies, and measure and take off quantities for architectural, infrastructure and structural works. Prepare main building, piling and nominated sub-contracts for tender and contract formalisation. Administer pre- and post-contract work, including variation orders, interim valuations, payments, contractual claims, cost analysis for repair and maintenance, and detailed progress reports.
