Establish client requirements and conduct feasibility studies. Attend onsite and consultant meetings, liaising with clients, architects and associate consultants on project administration. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to calculate project costs, prepare cost plans and budget studies, and measure quantities for architectural, infrastructure and structural works. Prepare main building, piling and nominated sub-contracts for tender and contract formalisation. Administer pre- and post-contract work such as variation orders, interim valuations, payments and contractual claims. Analyse outcomes and prepare progress reports, while mentoring juniors and working collaboratively.
