Regulatory Compliance Manager

About the role

Support the Singapore CCO with preparing and maintaining materials for new license applications and regulatory submissions. Draft, review and update Singapore-specific compliance policies, procedures, controls and governance documentation. Help maintain AML/CFT, sanctions and broader regulatory compliance frameworks in line with MAS rules. Prepare written materials for senior management, Board, auditors and regulators, and track remediation actions. Support regulatory engagements, inspections and information requests, and contribute to compliance training and awareness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of regulatory compliance and financial crime compliance experience with a MAS-regulated Singapore entity
• Direct experience supporting regulatory license applications, major regulatory change, remediation or supervisory engagements in Singapore
• Strong working knowledge of MAS Securities and Futures Act and related rules, notices and circulars
• Experience drafting and reviewing policies, procedures, regulatory submissions and governance papers
• Strong program management and cross-functional stakeholder skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in law, finance, business or a relevant field
