Retail Ambassador (3 Days Per Week - 3 Month Contract)

About the role

You will handle day-to-day retail operations and work with the store manager to drive sales performance. Duties include cashiering using the POS system, processing payments, exchanges and returns, and receiving and replenishing stock. You will also support stocktakes, keep the shop floor and fitting rooms clean and tidy, and make sure merchandise is available in all colours, sizes and quantities. You will provide excellent customer service, advise customers on colour, fit and silhouette, and communicate ongoing promotions and offers.

Requirements

• Good written and oral English
• Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Able to work 2 days between Monday and Wednesday, and mandatory Sunday
• Open to closing shifts ending at 11pm
• Open to weekends and public holidays
• Able to commit to 3 months (renewable upon review)
