Manage a sports department in a Decathlon store, taking ownership of commercial performance and daily operations. Recruit, coach, and develop teammates while ensuring a safe and healthy workplace. Build and execute the department's commercial policy, product and service offer, omnichannel customer experience, merchandising, and community events. Oversee customer service, loyalty programme, stock accuracy, scheduling, and P&L performance. Handle daily duty management, including store safety, security, and technical systems.
