You will support the day-to-day running of a fashion retail store, covering staff management, stock and merchandise, and store administration. Duties include recruiting, training and scheduling retail staff, giving coaching and feedback, and conducting appraisals. You will also oversee deliveries, stock accuracy and storeroom organisation, and analyse sales trends to advise on inventory needs. The role involves ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety and HR policies, managing store expenses, and keeping the sales floor running efficiently. You should be comfortable working on the retail floor, including weekends and public holidays.
