Support SAP S/4HANA project activities such as data validation, issue tracking, and follow-ups. Follow up on action items with operations, IT, finance, and vendors to ensure timely closure. Visit stores regularly to understand end-to-end store operations including sales flow, stock movement, receiving, returns, and reporting. Gather ground insights from stores to support system design, testing, and process alignment. Prepare clear decks, trackers, and summaries for project updates and operations reviews, and present findings to stakeholders.
