Retail Operations Executive

About the role

You will be the main point of contact between HQ and store teams, ensuring company policies and procedures are consistent across all retail locations. Your duties include coordinating store supplies and events, managing vendor relations, consolidating retail reports and timesheets, and conducting cashier and operational training for staff. You will also troubleshoot operational issues, support inventory stocktakes, and work with cross-functional teams to improve workflows. This role reports to the Head of Retail and requires strong organisational and communication skills.

Requirements

• Degree in any field
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Previous experience in customer service or retail operations preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Good team player with initiative
