This role is the day-to-day owner of the company's Salesforce platform and other sales tools, handling basic configuration and continuous improvement. You will run CI sprint planning, prioritise the backlog, and resolve declarative work such as Flow Builder automation, validation rules, permission sets, page layouts, and reports. You will triage enhancement requests from Sales, CS, and Finance, resolve what you can yourself, and write clear specs for Salesforce Engineers when custom development is needed. You will also monitor platform health, support project rollouts, coordinate with vendors, and keep configuration and process documentation up to date.
