Responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales activities to grow the customer base. Build and maintain a customer and prospect database, identify potential customers, and pursue opportunities to increase market share. Plan and manage department activities including costing, quotations, and tenders, as well as resources and manpower to meet sales targets. Analyse customer feedback on project works and laboratory services, handle complaints, and ensure timely project reporting and customer satisfaction. Monitor competitor activity and laboratory testing trends, and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets. Perform other related duties as assigned.
