Lead sales forecasting and planning activities to support business and operational planning, monitor actual performance against forecasts and budgets, and improve forecasting accuracy through better processes, tools, and reporting. Design, implement, and optimise end-to-end sales processes across the customer lifecycle, drive automation through CRM systems, ensure strong CRM data governance, and promote adoption of sales tools. Analyse sales performance, customer trends, and market data to identify opportunities and gaps, develop dashboards and reports, and provide insights on CLTV, churn, profitability, pricing guardrails, and commercial frameworks. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align commercial objectives, support strategic planning, and drive continuous process improvement.
