Senior / Assistant Manager, (Partnerships & Programmes), Office for Innovation

About the role

You will manage and coordinate the day-to-day running of multiple concurrent innovation partnerships and programmes, keeping them on track and on time. This includes building and maintaining relationships with partners such as healthcare providers, government agencies, educational institutions, funders and non-profit organisations, and working closely with internal departments to align strategies. You will support the team in monitoring and reporting partnership outcomes, tracking progress against goals and recommending solutions. You will also help develop operational frameworks and processes, including templates, communication materials, checklists and process diagrams. In addition, you will support partner engagement events and innovation initiatives, assist with budget management and provide regular progress updates and monthly reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• 4 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Action-oriented and self-motivated critical thinker
