When
As part of the Group Contact Centre, you will handle general enquiries and appointment scheduling requests from patients and the public. You will deliver excellent customer service by understanding caller needs and providing timely, accurate information and assistance. You will book or reschedule appointments and handle hotline administrative tasks such as emails, referral requests and emergency activation. You will also coordinate with other departments to ensure requests are followed up and resolved.
