You will design, build and deploy advanced machine learning models for cross-sell, upsell, deep-sell and look-alike use cases. You will develop customer segmentation, propensity scoring, next-best-action and recommendation engines to support personalised engagement. You will automate the model lifecycle using AWS SageMaker Pipelines and MLOps best practices. You will use Large Language Models such as Claude and AWS Bedrock for insight generation, personalised content and agentic workflows. You will work with product, marketing and business stakeholders, run A/B tests and mentor junior data scientists.
