Lead a newly created customer governance and transactions function within the Customer Success organisation. Oversee deal governance, customer contract management and fulfilment across agreements such as MSAs, service orders, leases and exhibits. Build and maintain a centralised intelligence system and database of contracted terms so the deal team can track open items and design future deals. Partner with Customer Legal and Commercial teams, join contract negotiations, and sign off on contract summaries to ensure deliverables are handed over accurately. Drive cross-functional collaboration and change management to prevent issues and support capacity inventory planning.
