Senior Engineer

About the role

You will manage maintenance contracts for technical sites, including renewals, negotiations with building owners, and coordination with internal teams and external tenants. You will support the daily operation and maintenance of facilities systems in data centres and offices, such as generators, UPS, fire protection, and ACMV. You will ensure routine maintenance follows the planned schedule and contracted scope, and plan and evaluate tenders for expansion projects. You will enforce security systems, maintain building records and drawings, conduct safety checks, and be on 24x7 standby for fault and maintenance activation.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Telecommunications or Facilities Management
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, including leading a team in a Data Centre Critical Infrastructure environment
• Good understanding and hands-on servicing experience in facilities systems and building maintenance
• Class 3 Driving Licence
• Computer literate with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, AutoCAD
• Able to manage and supervise contractors
