Senior Executive, Education

About the role

Plan, coordinate and run education programmes for young children, including day camps, overnight camps, guided tours and in-park activities in English and/or Mandarin. Facilitate training workshops and professional development sessions for early childhood educators. Develop age-appropriate educational resources and learning materials that align with curriculum standards and conservation goals. Support educational campaigns, community outreach, school partnerships and public engagement initiatives. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth programme delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Environmental Education or equivalent
• Prior experience working with children preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work weekends and public holidays
• Comfortable working outdoors and facilitating overnight programmes
