You will handle shift duties to keep the park running smoothly, including managing queues and crowds and ensuring the park stays clean. You will deliver a great guest experience by handling feedback on the ground and closing service gaps. You will manage incidents, write incident reports, and suggest improvements to park and guest experience matters. You will also help coordinate wildlife management efforts and support the management of adventure facility vendors to ensure safe operations. In addition, you will assist with staff and vendor management, including manpower planning, deployment, training and performance reporting.
