When
You will partner with business leaders to ensure people policies and practices help attract, develop and retain great people. You will manage the SEA markets and work closely with the SEA Managing Director and leadership team. Your role is to develop and drive a people strategy that supports the business strategy in SEA. You will also coach and influence senior leaders, lead the talent agenda, and manage core HR processes such as performance and salary reviews.
