Own and run HR operations across Singapore and Hong Kong, covering the full employee lifecycle from onboarding and payroll to benefits, changes and offboarding. Ensure core HR processes for payroll, benefits, records and pay/performance cycles are documented, harmonised, compliant and reliable. Manage compensation and benefits administration, employee data in the HRIS, and government-subsidised benefit claims. Coach and advise line managers on HR practices, performance management, investigations and disciplinary matters. Use automation and AI to improve people operations and employee experience.
