About the role

You will lead the configuration, maintenance and improvement of our Workday HR system. This includes setting up workflows, security roles and reporting, and handling regular system updates and troubleshooting. You will provide technical support and training to HR team members and other users. You will also develop reports and dashboards to support HR metrics and decision-making, and ensure employee data is managed accurately and securely. You will support HR projects and work closely with HR teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
3-5 years hands-on Workday HCM configuration and support experience
Strong Workday configuration and customization skills
Excellent problem-solving, communication and organizational skills
