Lead complex implementation projects for major banks and businesses, managing end-to-end project lifecycles from kickoff to launch. Work with Solutions Engineering, Product, Compliance, Operations and Sales teams to deliver integrations on time and to a high standard. Identify and overcome blockers using problem-solving and influencing skills across business and technical stakeholders. Manage project risks, scope, timelines and regulatory compliance, including API and SWIFT-based payment integrations. Build strong partner relationships and improve processes to scale the implementation function. Occasional international travel may be required.
