Lead the onboarding of large mainland Chinese enterprise clients onto Xendit's payments platform. Own the end-to-end implementation journey from post-sale handover to go-live. Work with clients to understand their business models, payment flows and operational needs, then translate these into structured implementation plans and technical integrations. Manage API integrations, payment method configuration and system alignment with clients' internal processes. Coordinate across Sales, Product, Engineering, Risk and Compliance teams to drive timely delivery. Act as primary contact during onboarding, manage timelines, risks and dependencies, and hand over smoothly to post-go-live teams.
