Lead a team providing engineering solutions for reliability issues in supervisory control systems and associated equipment. Coach and guide the team in defect troubleshooting, failure analysis, reliability trending, and developing engineering solutions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on engineering and maintenance efforts to ensure high system reliability and availability. Review technical work instructions, update hazard logs and risk registers, and implement cost-effective technologies. Support projects by reviewing design specifications and providing engineering support. Responsible for team competency, safety, welfare, learning and development, and knowledge management.
