Perform, validate and troubleshoot laboratory tests and analytical instruments across disciplines such as Biochemistry, Haematology, Immunology, Serology, Molecular Diagnostics and Microbiology. Maintain SOP compliance, safety standards and accurate reporting, including critical values. Train, guide and orientate junior staff, and support quality assurance, documentation and continuous improvement. Assist with workflow optimisation, specimen protocols and LIS operations, and take part in regulatory and accreditation audits such as MOH and CAP. When appointed as Section Leader, lead daily operations of the assigned laboratory section and oversee quality, inventory, equipment and staff competency.
