You will support accurate and timely payroll processing for the Asia region, covering Australia, Korea, Japan and Singapore. Working with the Payroll Director and the payroll analyst team in India, you will prepare, validate and reconcile payroll data before it is finalised. You will also run pre- and post-processing checks, work with payroll vendors to resolve variances and meet SLAs, and make sure payroll follows internal controls and statutory rules in each country. Other duties include answering employee payroll enquiries through the case management tool, keeping process documentation up to date, and supporting payroll projects, system enhancements and testing.
