Design, build, and operate the bank's GenAI platform, including orchestration, evaluation, model gateway and registry, and RAG/memory services. Build developer-facing SDKs, templates, CI/CD pipelines, and documentation so teams can deliver AI solutions consistently. Embed evaluation, governance, security, and model risk controls into the platform and software delivery lifecycle. Partner with business domains to identify, shape, and deploy AI use cases from discovery through production. Monitor cost, latency, quality, usage, and drift, and feed production learnings back into the platform roadmap.
