Experience Experienced About the role Frasers Property Singapore is hiring a Senior Project Manager for its Digital & Innovations team on a one-year contract. This is a delivery-focused role coordinating digital platform projects, vendors and governance approvals rather than hands-on coding. It suits an organised coordinator who enjoys tracking milestones and driving execution in a lean, fast-moving team.

Manage the rollout plan for B2B platforms including the unified tenant experience platform, portal upgrades and automated leasing interfaces
Turn business user needs into project requirements, user stories and functional specifications for vendors
Own the master project plan covering schedules, resource allocation, risk registers and budgets
Act as the main operational link between business units, Corporate IT and external digital vendors
Manage day-to-day performance and deliverables of technology partners, system integrators, CRM vendors and payment gateway providers
Run progress meetings with cross-functional stakeholders and translate technical updates into plain business language
Ensure vendors meet contractual SLAs and timelines, and resolve delivery bottlenecks
Coordinate compliance processes including Technology Risk Assessments, System Impact Analysis and Data Protection Impact Assessments
Liaise with Corporate IT Security and Legal/Compliance teams to chase approvals and track mitigation tasks
Design and run change management plans, training sessions and communication rollouts for internal teams, property managers and tenants
Define and track KPIs and operational metrics on platform health, adoption and commercial success
Oversee daily support, ticketing and user queries for legacy platforms during transition
Coordinate the gradual transition and sunsetting of legacy systems as users move to newer platforms Good to know One-year contract role Based in Singapore Requirements Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field At least 5 years in digital project management, digital product coordination or digital transformation delivery Track record managing project schedules, coordinating rollouts and delivering multi-stakeholder B2B or B2C digital platform implementations Experience in real estate, retail or hospitality is an advantage Knowledge of project management methods such as Waterfall and Agile/Scrum Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello or MS Project Apply on the company website
