Provide quantity surveying and cost management support for mechanical and electrical building services. Prepare design briefs, evaluate contractor proposals, interpret engineering drawings, measure quantities, and calculate project costs. Administer pre- and post-contract work, including MEP contracts, subcontracts, variation orders, interim valuations, cost plans, and final accounts. Attend onsite and consultant meetings, liaise with clients on MEP matters, and maintain strong client relationships. Monitor statutory building regulations and write progress reports.
