When
As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be the direct link between the product and the customer, delivering a seamless customer experience while building loyalty and relationships. You will drive sales turnover to meet store targets, respect discount policies, and achieve key performance indicators. You will welcome and advise clients in-store, over the phone, by email, and at events, ensuring each sale is handled to the Maison's standards. You will also manage stock, including reception, transfers, inventory checks, and merchandising, and handle after-sales service cases. Additionally, you will participate in store meetings, training, and competitor checks to stay informed.
