When
Join our foreign exchange retail team at Changi Airport, where you will deliver excellent customer service and help the branch meet its operational goals. You will convert enquiries into sales by calling in customers, selling up and closing deals, while maintaining a professional appearance and following company procedures. As a senior consultant, you will coach and mentor Trainee FX Sales Consultants until they complete their certification. You will also keep the bureau clean and tidy, report maintenance issues, and follow security procedures. The role involves flexible shift work including weekends, evenings and nights.
