MoneySmart is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to own the full recruitment cycle for an assigned portfolio of roles. You will build warm pipelines for evergreen and hard-to-fill positions, manage multiple searches at once and meet benchmarks for speed, quality and cost of hire. The role also involves using data to improve TA operations, coaching hiring managers and strengthening the employer brand. You will report to the COO and help raise the standard of the talent acquisition function.
