Lead a team of NPI project managers across multiple categories globally, overseeing end-to-end delivery of New Product Introduction projects. Drive enterprise-level cost-saving initiatives spanning manufacturing, engineering, tooling, paint, and test functions. Assess project complexity, allocate resources, and ensure functional milestones are met through structured checkpoints and weekly reviews. Collaborate closely with Operations and other cross-functional teams to align deliverables and resolve challenges. Provide technical guidance and coaching to the TPM team, and act as an escalation point for project issues.
