When
Manage the SEP Training team and oversee SEP training standards and requirements in line with legislated matters. Develop department manuals and ensure risk assessments are conducted before implementing safety-related procedures. Ensure submission of A320, B787 and E190 SEP Training Manuals and SEP Manuals in compliance with CAAS requirements for one AOC acceptance. Standardise training manuals, maintain good rapport with CAAS, and ensure training materials are updated and disseminated to flight and cabin crew. Liaise with third-party trainers and examiners to design training programs, and supervise the design, development and delivery of SEP-related training. Oversee triple fleet training for cabin crew, including aircraft type training programs, training aids, trainer availability and classroom facilities.
