About the role

Welcome guests in a positive, polite and professional manner. Clean and reset tables after guests leave, and serve or pack food according to orders. Assist kitchen and bar staff when needed, and keep up to date with menu items and promotions so you can recommend dishes to guests. Handle minor guest feedback professionally and escalate complex issues to the Supervisor or Manager. Report accidents or incidents promptly and keep the dining area clean, organised and hygienic at all times.

Requirements

Prior experience in upscale dining restaurants or equivalent
Adaptable to the restaurant's service standards
Tactful in responding to guests
Available to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays
