You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT services to clients, ensuring high-quality performance and customer satisfaction. Your role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing expectations, inquiries and escalations. You will continuously evaluate and improve service delivery processes, and work with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will also manage service delivery budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement risk mitigation plans. Additionally, you will prepare regular service performance reports and maintain accurate documentation.
