Lead the core engineering team in Singapore for mission-critical payout APIs and services. Architect, build and maintain high-throughput, low-latency RESTful APIs and backend microservices. Take end-to-end ownership of the payout platform, including SLA compliance, security, high availability and 24/7 reliability. Mentor engineers and champion Agile delivery, TDD, CI/CD and DevOps automation. Work with the Chief Architect, product teams and global engineering teams to translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
