Own and grow a portfolio of complex enterprise accounts, mainly cross-border e-commerce, global SaaS and large financial institutions. Develop 12–18 month account plans, drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling and new use cases, and manage churn risk. Build C-level relationships, lead quarterly business reviews, and act as a trusted advisor. Work with product, engineering, compliance, legal, business development and solutions teams to support client needs and new opportunities. Track payment trends and regulatory changes across APAC and use data to guide decisions.
